Interesting Bites

Living in the city is pretty stressful, and once in a while, a treat at a nice spa can relax those tired muscles and rejuvenate the soul.

If you happen to be at The Curve, do visit Urban Retreat (featured in NST recently) which specializes in a wide range of Thai massages.  They open from noon to 10PM on weekdays and an hour early on weekends.

This place is owned by a friend of mine & her partners.  They opened in October 2006, and have been growing by leaps and bounds.  Do take a peek if you are in The Curve.
